Once pulled a 1.25g reading when I did semi-last minute right turn onto a 15mph exit while around 30mph just had just swapped out the base sway bars (F55 suspension) for Z51 sways and was still rolling on the Goodyear EMT tires. I keep the suspension set to 'Sport' around town and it was in 'Sport' setting.

There is a way to recall your highest G number at the end of a drive.
I've seen 1.47 at the track.

Single highest g's don't count. You can jerk the steering and slide the car and get a high single digit reading which is way above gm publishes. The technique is obtaining and maintaining the highest number continuously on a skip pad without tires loosing control or sliding. That will be lot closer to 1 g or minuscule over with good fresh tires. On the track smooth is the game.
