Not sure if this will help the op, but I'm getting closer to my battery drain culprit. The clicking is coming from under the passenger seat and one of the drive motors is hot. The clicking noise and amp spike happen together. Haven't done any further troubleshooting yet.

I did thanks! Today I took the passenger seat out and took the switches out. I didn't really didn't see anything other than the seat position switch was semi out of place. I should mention I have just done new leather seat cover upgrades. I put everything back together and my problem went away. I've said before I don't believe in coincidences, so I figured it was something I had touched.
Resetting the switch so it not be pressed when in place on it own, should solve the problem.
