At stock my car never idled like this but then I added a Callaway honker intake, headers, and tune. After It started to idle rough. Not bad, but enough for me to notice. I have replaced my wires and spark plugs but it still does it. What else could be causing it or is this normal?

Might be the intake. The MAF sensor is very picky to turbulent air passage.

Take the intake off and replace it with the oem to see.

I work for a dealership in sales and had a tech take a look at my car. Car is idling rough and has a slight miss while cruising. The tech 2 had picked up a miss in cylinders 3,4,5,6,7,8. But at wide open throttle it would go away. Did a smoke test and no leaks anywhere. Ran techron through the fuel. Replaced spark plugs, wires, cleaned maf and throttle body. Only other vaccum line I can think of is my npp line.
