T&D Steel BOLT ON adjustable rocker

Ive been trying to get my hands on a set of T&D steel, roller tipped rocker arms that are a complete bolt on the stock LS7 heads.
They do exist, but are a bit rare since they aren't posted in the T&D catalogue, but are more aimed at NHRA pro racers.
Since i don't live in the US, and is an international buyer T&D directed me to a vendor that only sells to "automotive related businesses".
Ive tried to ask T&D for another vendor that sells to private customers outside the US, but with no answer yet.
These are made to order 5-6 weeks, and i kind of want to place my order asap.
Anyone know of any reputable T&D vendor ? Maybe even a machine shop can assist me in ordering and shipping them to me.

crane gold race roller rockers, stud mounted adjustable, comes as a kit rockers push rods studs, I love them on my LS2, oil/engine temps went down, rpms wrap around really fast!

Crane doesnt make those for LS7
And T&D are not a true bolt on. The pads need to be cut down at the tips.
