You can use a megger or simply a J 26792 HEI Spark Tester to check the coils.

I don't see any big deal with these compression readings. You're 8% difference. My first impulse, I am thinking you might have a fuel injector sticking at #1.

I would have the injectors cleaned before buying special tools. Those tools can be found online.

I would use a bronze/brass small wire brush if you want to clean the threads off and re-install. You have to be careful though not to leave any broken bristles caught in the tip.

If the plugs are really tight, they may be easier to break loose if the engine is warmed a bit. I haven't had to try this, but I think the aluminum head may warm up and expand a bit quicker, making the plug easier to break loose. This is supposed to work well on the Z06 brake pad screws too, loosen while the caliper is hot. When I replaced the plugs on my Denali at 100k miles, they all broke free without undue strain. The real issue was removing the spark plug boots. I ended up using a shoelace to do that...
