That goes to the back of the intake manifold. The very back in a hard to reach spot, its for the NPP/Bi-Mode mufflers. I just replaced mine a few days ago.

No problem! Yes it's in a bad spot. I unbolted the coil pack bracket and was able to get my fat hand back there lol.

so, if I'm taking my NPP off I should be fine to place a vacuum cap over that port?

Yes rabrooks, factory non NPP cars have a cap over that port.

no they don't the nipple has a "break off" piece on the end if you want to use it grab the ears twist off. at least my 06 LS2 does.
