I don't live in MA so I have no clue, but have you tried using yelp in your area and searching for "fabrication shops" or "custom auto shops". You should be able to find something

Are you already running high 9's or over 135 mph?
If not, then a roll bar that can later be converted to a roll cage is all that's needed at this time.
Just mentioning that, because a roll cage usually means the car will only be used as a dedicated race car, where a roll bar is easily street or strip.
