Does it matter which way you put filter in did not see no airflow direction on filter?

Ok yeah i just stuck it in there.

My Vararam was already installed when I bought the car. I did pull the filter out to clean and re-oil it and just placed it back in the way I pulled it out. Agree that I seen no indication on how to install.

I did notice on the rubber gasket/foam that it had slipped down a bit. Moved it back up to make a better seal.
