Don't despair! Ron is certainly on the list. At last tally he had 46 LS7's posted, putting him in eigth place. And since he was a builder at Wixom for about seven years I bet he'll have a few more posted in days to come...

Ron is still in the engine business at GM Powertrain Engineering, as are many other former Wixom PBC builders!

Here's a shot with Ron and some of the Wixom crew. From left to right: Ken Ray (Group Leader), Ron Hein, Rich McBride and Don Henley.

Thanks for the assurance! And, thank you Ron, wherever you are, for a truly great engine!

Hey Barry,

Hope all is well at BG. I'm sure it's an exciting time there with the new Z06 ramping up and it's gotta be cool to have the race track going in. All the best to the engine team at Bowling Green PBC!

Rumor has it you're scheming up an LT4 powered Harley? Hang on baby!!

You can say whatever about who you built your car … mine was built by "a priest" …
so this means I have holy power!

True the Priest may give you holy power - but take a ride in the fast lane with me and you'll say "Holy S**t!!

Doing well here Sanjay. Been a while since we talked at SEMA, hope to get back there some day. What an event!

All the best to you, in Texas, right?

Bummer on the loss of your Z06. Hope your new one is an adequate replacement.

Sorry I can't tell who built your engine from the VIN number. Builder name tag should be on the bracket on RH side of intake manifold - unless it has been removed or modified. Just pop your engine cover off to take a look...

Now I'm even more bummed about your loss.

Looking at your previous post I see that I built your engine. Didn't know it would become a boat motor...

Any head and/or rocker arm issues? If I may ask. How has the car been driven?
