Oh right. Actually I got the Fast Intake 102 so I'm guessing it's no longer there then right?

judging by a previous post, I think March 9th, 2013? Interested to see if I decoded it right!
Thanks again for all your info and posts!
Hey Friend,
Looks like your BY5 has a Julian build date of 099. If so that would give you an April 9 build date. So looks like it is even newer than you thought.
Wishing you many miles and thrills!

Let me add my data to this thread since I just noticed the builders tag this afternoon.

My 2008 Wil Cooksey LE # 190 is powered by a Donald L. Henley LS7. Thanks Don for being spot on with your assembly ethics. My Z has 14250 miles on it...running strong, very impressive.

Hey Bob,

Thanks for the recognition! It's my pleasure to be your engine builder, and to be a part of the Wil Cooksey special edition Z06's.

Building high performance engines at Wixom Performance Build Center was really a cool and unique experience. I'm forever grateful for our enthusiastic customers and my professional coworkers. May your holidays be great and a Merry Christmas to all!!

Got my '08 a couple weeks ago. It currently has about 14,500 miles and is running great... Based on the GMVIS it's never had any issues or warranty work either.

Oh, and my LS7 was built by Norm Baldwin.

For those of you that may be interested, I have listed for sale on eBay a mens long sleeve shirt and mens suede bomber jacket with the original Performance Build Center logo on them. I got these when I was the Manufacturing Engineer at Wixom, and have not worn them since I got them. They were given to employees only, and not available to the public. Instead of them taking up room in my closet, I thought that someone here may be interested in giving them a new home and life.
To be clear; they are for sale on eBay, and not here on the forum. These are my personal items, and are the only 2 available.

My 2006 model LS7 was built by
Carl Vargo

I am the second owner. Purchased in November 2014 with 19k miles. Now has 26k, bone stock. Previous owner had it in Alabama, according to carfax. The car was a museum delivery and it is blade silver. I bought it from Hendrick Performance in North Carolina. Would be cool to know what Carl is doing now, and also find the previous owner.

Picked up a 2013 VY 427 with 2,948 miles a few weeks back. Just took delivery last Friday

After reading up on where to find the plate, I'm happy to tally another one up for Richard McBride!

Default Who? Texas Speed and Performance!

My car rattles my teeth and annoys my neighbors. Texas Speed and Performance built my motor and my gnarly long-tube headers thru to my BB Bullets were built in Phoenix.

I will have to check my motor when I pull it but ERL is building my next motor thanks to a cracked cylinder sleeve. Good ole boost!

My "07 was built by Chuck Witmer. It now has a whole 1,756 miles on it and never once touched by water. ( I know, I know, but humor me. It's an ISCA show car thing that's been in my blood for 30 years )

Another lightning fast motor built by Gary Andrews. My 2012 was built at Wixom, on a Tuesday, was the second off line A on the 24 of January 2012.
Thanks for building my beast Gary.
