Get Some!
Air is 70% nitrogen, if your tire place or any where you stop to add air has a good water/air separator then you are getting dry air, which is the main benefit of nitrogen only, it is more processed and very dry. They don't purge your tire though so it will have at least one atmosphere of moisture laden air in it regardless.

In the early days or racing (Yes, I am that old) we took an air compressor. The air going into the tires was heated and the last tire you put air into had more hot air than the first. This affected the roll out and made the car inconsistant from session to session depending on temperature and the time of day. We soon learned that taking nitrogen bottles was easier and nitrogen in the tires gave more consistant roll out. The nitrogen also worked well to operate air tools. Using nitrogen on a street car is like turning the radio off so there won't be as much power drain and so the car will go faster!

Less moisture and it works on race cars to keep pressure more stable as heat builds up. Like stated above you need to purge the tire 3-4 times to get most of the air out. Doubt anyone selling tires does that.

Doubt anyone selling tires does that. I have a small bottle 4' to take to the track. Then you rent a huge one for cheap 40-50 bucks a year and keep it at home for the initial filling. I need to find out if I can transport it legally to the track. Then I would use the small bottle to adjust tires at the track.

Using nitrogen instead of compressed air has distinct advantages, which lead to immediate benefits for the vehicle owner.
1. It has more mass, so it migrates through the tire three to four times slower. The result: Tires hold their psi longer.
2. It runs about 20% cooler. Less heat results in less tire degradation.
3. It drastically reduces oxidation on the rim and inner-liner (nitrogen systems almost totally eliminate oxygen -- the cause of oxidation -- from the mix).
4. It is environmentally safe.
Nitrogen is an odorless and colorless gas that makes up more than three-quarters of the air we breathe, which explains why it is environmentally safe. It is relatively non-combustible, non-flammable and non-corrosive, as opposed to oxygen, which in its natural form can be all three of the above. Oxygen makes up close to 21% of the atmosphere.

John's right, You probably would have to purge the tire twice to get below 20% humidity in the tire. This will give you more controled pressure growth when your at the track.
You will have to add air to your tires less often if you use Nitrogen, but I'm not sure how much of a difference there is.
I'm not sure that cooling the tire is a big benefit. It probably comes from people running the correct pressure.
Unless some one put it in my street tires for free, I wouldn't waste my money.
BTW, I fill my tires with a Propane... Makes the car faster off the corners and great for grilling later on.
