I know some of these cars are dynoing over 550 rwhp, so I was expecting to find traps over 130 mph for the modded cars on drag radials. But the fastest I've been able to find is 129.

Has anyone had a higher mph than that yet? Thanks in advance.

My stock 2006 Z06 (est. 450 rwhp) has run:
127.55 and 127.56 on back-to-back passes on DRs at a DA of 1600'-1800'
127.53 and 127.52 on back-to-back passes on stock tires at a DA of 300'

Several modded 2006 Z06s have cracked through 130. But most of them aren't making passes in the summer's heat. But by late-Fall, several will have made enough passes to see more impressive trap speeds. Gotta keep in mind that some of those folks are still looking for the right aftermarket clutch.

My two top speeds with 499 RWHP were 129.91 and 130.00. I think with my mods(520 RWHP now) it will run mid 130's.

Thanks guys. Once this stock clutch issue gets figured out and the tracks cool down, I'm looking forward to seeing some better mph.

Mine has headers and a tune and I could only manage 122 in the 100 degree heat last friday. At least it was an 11.9 though. The newer trans ams and 350Zs couldn't even run 100. The Zs were in the high 80s low 90s so the heat has a huge effect.

I haven't seen any trap speeds yet coming from a 550 rwhp Z06.

But, I have seen 127 from a 450 rwhp Z06 and a 130 from a 500 rwhp Z06.

I am guessing with 550 rwhp (Cam, bolts on, tune) we can see 135 mph traps. Not bad for NA, original, all motor power..

I'm gonna guess 133-134 with a 550 rwhp car in good air with great driving. It would be nice to click off a 10.3x with that mph also. It's tougher than it seems, however especially with a stick. Let's see how it all pans out.
