Default Z06 Dry Nitrous Install Pics (1st set of pics)

This is broken up into two sets so all pictures can be posted. The pictures you see below are from "Myhardtop". He was gracious enough to take pictues of his Nitrous install due to the number of people wanting to know how he did the install. The pictures are in order 1 being the first and so on (this post includes pics1-25). If anyone has any questions about the install please direct your responses to "Myhardtop". If you have a question about a pic, specify the pic number. That way your question can be answered correctly. There are alot of pics to help everyone do their own install. Thanks again to Carlos... AKA "Myhardtop"!!!

Thanks Jim, I owe you one!

I used latex gloves so you guys could see the contrast of what I was trying to show versus the back ground. Sorry for some of the powder you may see that got on certain parts of the car.

This is our little secret, the VETTE NATION secret. You may choose to install you NOS kit so it can be seen or hide it like I did

Thanks,
Carlos

Do you guys need better shots of the Solenoid?

I found a couple of my first dyno sheets, do you guys want to see a shot of those also?

Thanks,
Carlos.

Would love to see the dyno sheets, and compare to what I have done with my dry hit.

Okay Dr. R,

I'll take a shot of it at home tonight!

How much are you shooting?

Currently I am running a 250rwhp shot in dual stage (also have a 3rd stage), with four nozzles. However, I haven't got but two passes and no traction at this level, last year. Looking to go faster this year, and track opens in a couple weeks.

Ay caramba

Geez, I would spray a 300 dual shot if this car had forged pistons

Plse send me your off-line e-mail so I can forward you my Dyno sheets.

I have the stock Hypercraptic pistons, it's all in the delivery. Meaning, break up the monster torque spike in the low rpms and we can run some pretty big shots. Keeping the low rpm clyinder pressures under control by multi staging is the trick. I have my second stage locked out in 1st gear, then it comes on in 2nd gear at 4400rpm and both stages then run to redline. 3rd stage is on a button and I will engauge it in 3rd gear when my sack gets a little bigger.

My E-Mail is in my handle above my avatar. The e-mail in my sig is on the blink anywho.

Dang Robert you're right. That is the way we set up the dual stage (250 shot) on my bone stock '98 coupe a few years ago

My Dyno sheets are on the way. If you like, please post them here. I don't know how...I tried and gave up

Thanks,
Carlos

Sorry to bring up such an old thread, the pictures are very helpful but have a few questions.

Do you have the fogger nozzle inside the air intake tube? What are you using to add fuel to the car? Are you running a WOT switch only?
