Not sure - maybe someone else can provide more information.

Would start by checking your fluid levels of coolant and Transmission fluid.

Have you noticed any leaks under the car?

Well, I'm certainly no expert, but you to give you a bump and some possiblities... I see you have had some "work" done to the car so one possibility could be a wire (or wires) have come loose or come in contact with something hot (headers) and opened up. Both sets of wires I believe go from the ECM to the area of the tunnel (O2 after the CAT, and the trans in the back). Of course the sensors could have gone bad, but the wires could have come loose or been damaged (by heat or abrasion). In any case, since it's the secondary O2 sensor, it would seem relativly safe to drive for a while. If you had some ramps handy a quick look-see might reveal something. Good luck, and I hope you find it....

I have this code after I installed my headers, please check the fuse in the engine bay. That was the problem a bad fuse, I cleared the code and it never came back. I will check under the car as well to make sure any of the Oxygen sensor cables are not touching or shorting anything.
If you do not find any visual problem (shorted or damaged wiring) , I will call Ligenfelter they should be able to help you. good luck
