Default 660 HP OR 630 HP lingenfelter

the 660 hp package has a more aggressive idle and the everyday driveablilty is reduced from the 630 HP package.
this is what lingehfelter says about the 660 hp package anyone know just what this means i would love to get this package on my z06 but i also love to drive the car is it better to stay with the 630 hp package if i like driving my car every weekend

I have the 630HP LPE package on my car and it's a beast. I use my car like you and want the car to be very streetable. The LPE shop in Dallas, TX-(21st Century Muscle Cars) did my install. My car has a sweet rumble to it and it's easy to drive. I personally didn't want to sacrifice the drivability for just 30HP. Just my 2 cents worth.

I have the 660 package, I don't know your history on performance cars or if you have ever raced anything for compition, cars, bikes or what ever but it is not for the guy who just likes to kinda go quick & fast. This car is nasty fast and radical. It is unbelivably smooth and in town everybody looks at it because it viberates the cars next to you and rumbles when it idles, it also has a big overlap which makes it smell strong at idle, as soon as I start it I have to back it out of my garage due to the smell , all the way out, & the fact that it is veberating my house. That said, I have exactly what I wanted, a radical fast daily drivable super car! I would say if you are not positive then I would recomend the 630. But then again I think the 1000hp turbo cars are crazy so it depends on who you ask. You are definatly at the right shop so don't worry about any of those issues just pick your POISON!

I would go for the 660HP package (GT21 Cam) versus the 630 HP Package (GT19 Cam). Might as well, right? BTW, where does the GT20Cam fit into an LPE package?

The GT20 cam was developed by John Page and was exclusive to 21st Century Muscle Cars.

I went for the 630 package because of its more street orientated drivability. However I love the more extreme 660 sound better.
Any Lingenfelter package is a wise choice.
