Great car, had to get rid of a 50th AE to get wife approval. 2nd Best Corvette I have ever owned. (Nothing beats a midyear.)

thanks.. i was thinking around that too.

I think about 3 to 4k off MSRP doing a little shopping.

yep thats the place.. they also had 5 or 6 indy cars.. half and half on conv and hardtops.. i went to look at a 09 gray, but the salesman stated they weren't built yet LOL.. right after that i saw one on a trailer going down the 405.. you have to love sales staff..

Deal directly with the internet sales manager, Genaro.
He is smarter than the usual sales guy.

Question: Has anyone received their promised "Certificate of Authenticity"? I heard on the Ron Fellows it took about 90 days. I had the dealer give me an "I OWE YOU" for mine, don't ant to bug him unless they have started sending them out.

Not even an hour ago spoke with B.G. (they called to my cell) and was thanked for the purchase. Asked if I had any questions, which of course I asked about the Cert which they refer to as a L.O.A.. Asked to be copied on e-mail as it works it way up the chain. Part of the e-mail..........G.M. to B.G.

"The LOA's are in production, but it will still be a few weeks, I will let you know when they are complete and ready to send so you are able to communicate the news to owners that are contacting you."

The very southern young lady I spoke with thought they were sending them out in batches of 25 or so. She went on to say that Cooksey was very well thought of at the Plant and really cared about the Corvette and how it was built.

Thanks for the info. I will be patient for a LITTLE while longer!

Who got #1, #427 and #505?

Like seeing Cali with 5 ....... both Socal and Norcal representing

Not that surprised, as I'm guessing most went to Cali and Fla.

# 1 went to Will Cooksey, haven't heard about #427 or #505. #505 was destined for Europe.

Beautiful Job. Corvettes, no matter what the model deserve better than a factory decal especially a Z .
