Your peak g reading is what....?
Thread on reprogramming our g meters to read above 1.27 got me thinking about peak g readings seen on our hud. On a new set of oem runflats, I've seen 1.22 on a flat road course. Interestingly, on a near corded set of oem runflats, I still saw a 1.19.
The highest I've seen on a public road was 1.06 since I do try to drive responsibly at times.
I've never been on non-oem tires with this car, but a friend with a Z06 on Khumos pegged at the 1.27 limit of the meter. And you.....?

I see that on most tracks with my Toyo R888s.
I think 1.18 was most I saw on GYs.

Yeah, i missed that from my CTS-V as well. I also had an '05.
Anyways, on street tires, highest I've seen on, no track, is 1.06. I regularly see .87-.96.

I saw 1.03 at a hot lap track event. I think I pulled a higher number on the course but wasn't able to verify by looking at HUD, I was too busy driving.

1.14 on G/Y runflats - freeway exit ramp. Could have done more but traffic got in the way.

Its nice to see that some drive their cars as they were designed. With Hoosier type tires, the g readings these things will do are amazing.
