Weight of stock LS7 piston???

Can someone post here the weight of the stock LS7 piston with rings, pin and clips???

Can't find the totals. I have a GM press release that says the pistons themselves are 482 grams and the rods are 464 grams.

When I was looking into some forged pistons from Katech, Jason told me their pistons (at 430gr) were 20 grams lighter than stock, so I'd assume that meant the stock pistons were about 450gr.
