Lingenfelter 660 package Results!
I had Tony's Corvette shop install the LPE 660 package on my car.
WOW. Wow wow. It feels like it does not stop pulling makes so much average power up high (peak power around 6900 rpm!).
It made 570 rwhp in 85 degree weather and we have more tuning to do. Let me tell you, Tony's Superflow dyno is very well calibrated and shows lower numbers than other dyno's I've been on. The new ZR1 dynoed at 535 rwhp on this dyno.
This is most likely close to 580 to 590 RWHP on a Dyno Jet based on my past experiences comparing Tony's superflow results to others with the same exact car.
What a great package LPE has put together and great work by Tony as usual.

Its pretty nice, but its alittle low on the Tq side. The trick is with a big cam is to get as much HP and still keep low end TQ like the Ragin Racin striker cam http://s29.photobucket.com/albums/c2...nt=STRIKER.jpg This graph is WITHOUT HEADS. You put a set of good heads with the Striker cam & she will put out 600rwhp no doubt.

I don't know why you feel the need to always hijack my threads when I post something on this package, but since you did, I will give you some FACTS. If I dyno this car on a Dyno Jet, it's 600 rwhp. Second, I've seen dyno on the cam you refer to on Tony's dyno. I am glad I went with the LPE package. That Striker cam does NOT have 700 lift. And if you knew what you were talking about you would realize how much ported heads flow with that kind of lift. And yes i know the Striker cam has a lower LSA and more overlap. Didn't win out.
OH, and by the way...the lethal heads and cam package made 535 RWHP on that superflow dyno.

I always wondered whether the sport cups could handle the 660. I may try them out eventually. You two live close by or what?

I considered getting this package for a few months but ended up going with the Docs... Never made less than 475lb/ft thru the run, topped 500lb/ft at 4700 and climbed to almost 510lb/ft.. 580hp@6750 with a safe A/F. Very pleased....

Here's a full size graph for you WGT:
Very impressive, I especially like the fact that the dyno run was started below 2000 RPM. Can't wait to see the final results after the tune is finalized.
I would hope that others would refrain from hijacking too. This thread is for WGT's car and his mods, feel free to make comments or ask questions about it. If you want to talk about your car/mods, please be respectful and kindly start another thread.
