Default **Cobalt pads for OE calipers at LGMotorsports**

Hi guys.

Still using stock calipers or are you limited to stock calipers by your racing class and still need better braking?

Try the switch to Cobalt and see the difference just a pad change can make to your setup.

It took a giant leap for us to make the change from our favorite pads and since we have made the jump to Cobalt a few years ago in our World Challenge cars we have not looked back! We still continue to use them for our GT2 ALMS car as well.

Cobalt also makes pads for your OE C5, C6, and C6Z06 calipers and we carry a number of compounds here in stock!

Try a set and see the difference today!!

Hi Anthony

I got a set of cobalt pads last year and I cant remember which ones they are.

The label on the box says CRB.GTS.D1185 which made me think GTS series
Then below that it says "Cobalt Friction XR-Series Carbon Ceramic."

These have been the longest lasting pads I have ever used. I am usually hard on brakes.......went through a set of hawkes in one day.....I am at 3.5 days now on these Cobalts and probably another half day or day in them.
They do squeak a bit on the street but I can live with that.

Great pads

Those are the GTS pads, which have had some slight changes to improve the material and are now called the CSR pad.

It just takes a trial run of these and it's hard to go back to any other pad out there. That is what we have found ever since we made the switch!

Default Just installed mine

I just put the new Colbalt pads in this weekend and I can already tell a difference. I am using new OEM rotors and the RB Cobalts for HPDE events and what a difference in stopping distance from the OEM pads. Can't wait for the HPDE this weekend at Mid Ohio.

It's an Audi Club event....but I am not driving an Audi

The only thing I am waiting on from LG is my 3 quarts of Motul. Hopefully they will show up today!

I'll give a post HPDE event evaluation when I get back but so far I really like the pads.
