Besides cosmetics, any real noticable advantages to having a black car's windows tinted? I use a good reflective windshield shade but it still gets quite hot in south FL, and the black paint doesn't help, so would darker windows help? My previous C5 yellow Z06 had tinted windows and it helped but the usual problems with film makes me hesitate this time. I know a good installer that has done a friend's dark blue Z06 and he is happy.

I will never have a car without the windows tinted. It will help with the glare as well as the heat.
