Drifting
Once upon a time (~ 2years ago) it was possible to get a M2W that could be controlled by the Lear garage door opener--I have one.
I don't know why it is no longer available. Can you shed some light on this Ed?

I'm glad I saw this thread! The previous owner installed it on my car and I didn't know the brand or anything like that. Have that exact switch and everything. Thanks!

There's a Batteries+ near my house that sells the proper size for the M2W controller. If you have one near you, I'd recommend checking there. If not, I imagine a store with camera and watch batteries may have the right size, not certain though.
There's also always the internet. Not sure what site to recommend for spare batteries, but I'm sure a quick search can pull one up!
Best of luck finding the right replacement battery.
Thanks,
Matt

Few questions: Is that a blank switch somewhere on the dash (not the heated seat switches, since my cal will have them) that we can use to operate the M2W? I want a factory-like installation, rather than a remote control (I'll buy an '08).
And finally, if you were to cut the vacuum line, do the valves have a 'rest' position, either noisy or quiet, or do they stay wherever they were before cutting the vacuum? Just curious. Thx.

i've been looking forward to making this mod. I ordered mine about 2 weeks ago from a different vendor and nothing yet. Not even an answer to my email from 2 days ago . I should just cancel that order and order it here. It is a nice mod
