Default muffler valve stuck open?

Check the electronic over pneumatic solenoid located behind the inner passenger tail light.

The actuators are on the exhaust tips.. you will/should see the vac lines going to them if you look up from the rear of the car. That's all I'm familiar with so far, except the fuse.. I've only had my car a couple of weeks.

Default Behind rear taillights

Remove both passanger rear tail light assemblies. This is easy, three torx screws per light, removal of both will give you ample work space for both hands. The solenoid is located behind the inner passanger tail light, it has two vaccuum lines and one electrical pin plug. The dealer diagnosed, changed part and no problem since.

There're a few things as others have noted; however, assuming you've a valid warranty just have your dealer find & fix it.
Save yourself the aggravation.
