Default Bi-Mode and NPP

Is the b-mode exhaust on the ZO6 the same as the NPP option on the C6?

No. Same idea, but different parts. They don't share any exhaust parts, the pipes, mufflers and tips are all different.

Same basic design and function. The Z06 system is 3" vs 2.5" on the NPP. Also the NPP doesn't have perforations in the pipe inside the muffler, making it somewhat louder (ZR1 has same design).

Some Z06 owners perform a modification to their mufflers to close up those perforations, using clamps or welding. I've also heard of putting ZR1 mufflers on the Z06 to achieve the same result.
