I need to replace my wiper blades.

Have you cleaned them with denatured alcohol? Unless they are physically damaged, this can work worders

I went to Autozone and bought their standard replacement inserts, just the rubber part and the 2 steel backers.
Cut it to length and slid it in.
Works like new.

Owned two Z06's and still have yet to use the wipers. I mean, not even a single swipe across the windshield. I may never even find out if they actually work.

I use Bosch Icons. Had them on my 03 Tahoe and 03 Vette. The Icons on the Tahoe went 2 years before needing replacement. It sits outside and gets a lot of sun which is the main killer of wiper blades. Used the new ones on the 08Z quite a bit last Sunday down in South Carolina. There were some pretty heavy rain storms between Darlington and Charleston and those blades did a great job.
