Super mild Katech Torquer LS7 116 camshaft now in stock
I've sold a few of these by special order only. I've had some inquiries recently so I recently ordered a few for stock. It's the same as our ever popular Torquer LS7 cam, but on a 116 lobe separation. This is a good cam for somebody who wants something very mild with the most minimal of drivability trade-offs. Some say that our original Torquer LS7 is relatively mild and the Torquer LS7 116 cam is milder still. I don't have exact A-B testing yet to show what the trade-off is worth, but as soon as we get data I'll post it up. Nothing is currently planned though.

This was the result of the "mild cam" Jason is speaking of. It loves E85 and now we have it tuned with Halltech's emailtune profile, the Williams Performance 102mm TB, and the new Super Bee CF112 Carbon Edition induction, our new Nitto Drag Radials still go up in smoke instantly at half throttle in 1st gear at 30 mph roll ons. WOT just roasts the drag radials at any speed in first. This cam should be the standard Street Attack cam in my opinion. 13:1 compression ratio helps at bit too. I'm guessing we are at well over 650 HP/610 lbs-ft.
Tomorrow or Thursday we pick up the first Titanium Akrapovik exhaust system in the USA. We'll have pictures and videos of the -31.5 lbs and +13 HP (claimed). The goal is to have a fix so that we can install them whole EVO system with the Kooks headers in place.

Any projections based on computer data or some past knowledge? Are we talking about, on a otherwise stock ls7, being within 20hp of the standard version or not? Surely you can give a range of probable peak hp, no?

I would guess it costs 20hp. We will test it soon enough.
