Let me know Carlos and thanks

Hello Mike,

Tried the unit (ring) and all I can say is: it felt pretty good. I mainly tested it at low speeds going up hill in higher gears seeing if any throttle flat spots were present and found NONE.

The throttle felt a little crisper and again, mainly at cruise and PT operations...at WOT I usually do not feel anything but POPO on my butt

Overall, it is two thumps up from me and would galdly pass it along to my customers

Thanks,
Carlos

Coming down in the next month or so? Thinking about the FAST and the XER181HR to go with the pulley and LT's in the garage.

Mike

I would like one of your velocity rings. I didn't see it at your web site. How do I order one shipped to 22124.

All of the ordering info is in the first thread, but I am cut and pasting it here for you:

"The price will be $49.95 plus $5.95 shipping and handling in the lower 48 States. Indiana residents add 7% sales tax.

Please feel free to e-mail me at thevettedr@aol.com or call me during the weekday at 407-616-2518 with any questions or to order with a MC or Visa.

You can also order via Paypal to thevettedr@aol.com and you can make the total $55.90 if you live outside Indiana and $59.82 if you live in Indiana."

Right now I only have one left in stock, but expect more late next week.

Thanks.

Mike,
Is the bore straight, tapered or does it have a radius on the rear flange?

I do not want to divulge too much data as that shape or bore is what the R&D testing showed us was the trick.

I can tell you it is not straight and the length, shape and size are VERY specific.

Are there any dyno numbers available for a LS2 with and without this ring yet? I'd like to see the data.

No sir, no dyno tests on an LS2, but again it was not meant or designed to be a power improver, but more to help idle stability and low speed cruise.

On the 427's we did see a slight mid range torque gain, maybe 3 or so. But I would be hard presses to promise any gains.

Hope this helps.

just a quick question.
i installed my fast 102 on an LS2 stock heads and cam.. has headers and exhaust along with a vararam and ported TB..

have a hesitation off idle, tipping in is fine..
car will die upon stopping at redilights unless i keep on the throttle a bit.

will this fix that? sure sounds like it..

if you agree. ill order if theyre still in stock..

lmk and you got a sale.
