that is just a resistor that screws with the air temp signal to the ECU on the car. doesn't reprogram anything.
don't bother.
P.S. most likely makes the car believe the air is colder then it really is. so the timing would be advanced a small amount.

Well I actually had a JET chip installed into my '99 C5 vert byThe Vette Doctors, which actually firmed up shift points on my A4 so it's not all bad. Of course that was like 50 grand (in mod money) ago.......
