Man **** Shifter with Switch for NPP Exhaust
Hi Guys,
We got a weird IM from a forum member who did not like that I gave my opinion of the "Remote Control" Exhaust switches
So I thought I would clear that up. Our Man **** is a shift **** with the NPP switch built in so you don't have to look around or velcro your "remote" so you don't lose it.
Nothing wrong with the wireless but we came up with this fix because we felt it was a good product and many Corvette owners agree with my assessment.
The LG Man **** is our solution for the NPP and it never gets misplaced and it works great.
We do sell the remote NPP switch for the A6 Automatic cars but I just could never get comfortable with having a remote hanging from my key fob.
At any rate, here are a couple of pictures of the direct replacement ****. It replaces your stock **** and is an exact duplicate but WITH the exhaust button on the side.
Some Corvette owners, without NPP, use our Man **** for Nitrous or for a Line Lock. Either way it is a nice part and I am proud that we build them.
Of course, we have a remote version for the Automatic cars and anyone that does not want the **** with the button.
When you Call LGM, tell them that LOU told you that you get FREE SHIPPING with the **** also
Thanks

Lou, Some race tracks have noise limits. I would like to be able to close the exhaust baffles just before going by the noise sensor and than open the baffles when I have passed it.
The factory controller opens the baffles when you have more than 25% throttle and more than 3500 rpm. It looks to me that you are replacing the factory fuse with your wiring harness that has a fuse inline and using the shifter **** switch to turn power on and off to the factory controller. So if I am above 3500 rpm I am NOT going to be able to close the baffles. Is this correct?
If I am correct, could you make version of your Man **** to do what I and a lot of other people need?

Can't do it with a switch, but items like a dashlogic can keep them off all the time. You need a computer override to do it and a simple switch does not do that.

Check out my 12/28/12 thread titled "Homebrew exhaust control (long)". Using the LG shift **** with the embedded switch I can control the open and closing of the exhaust flaps at will, and can return the system to normal operation with the use of an additional toggle switch.
