Default 628 rwhp 543 rwtq @ Race Proven MotorSports

I just talked to Fran at RaceProvenMotorSports and got the good news!

He put the final tweaks on my E85 tune started by Carlos and finalized it on his dynojet.

So it's an LPE/Carlos/RaceProvenMotorSports hybrid! Ha Ha.

FYI....Back at LPE it dynoed at 622 rwhp 533 rwtq with VP100.

Fran also fixed my diff leak. It was a cracked casing. I'll have him put in 390's later. I am excited to get it back. Good job Fran!

Congrats WGT! Nice #s. I'm sure it's a blast to drive. Post up the graph when you can. We've been playing phone tag. Hope we catch up soon.

Nice numbers...what were you earlier numbers pre E85? I know I have read your threads/posts before with your mod list and such, but because I'm too lazy to research it all, what are your mods again?

I am taking my car up to Carlos next week for his cam, E85, and tuning.

LPE heads and cam (bigger than GT-21). FAST Intake. CF112. 105 mm TB. ATI Pulley. 12.5 CR. That gave 622 rwhp on VP100. I also beleive the AFR was leaner in the LPE tune, so keep that in mind when comparing.

Carlos package would put a beat down on my car. That's a full point more of compression.

Sounds like a pretty sweet setup....I am going to test the E85 on the stock heads, see how I do with hunting down gas stations and such, if I have no issues with it and basically get used to it, then I will go with the high compression heads and lock myself into the E85 world. For now, at least I will have the option to go back to pump gas if for some reason it was more of a pita than I expect it to be finding a station. I have the E85 app on my phone and we have 20 odd E85 stations in Houston, so I'm hopeful.

Congrats again on the numbers, just don't be a sissy and run the car like it was meant to be. Also, post some time slips if the tech guy gives them to you. Say hi to the boys at tech who kick you out of the track.

I would be very interested to see what your car runs at the track if for trap speed purposes only.

I think he is going to have Gary wax it, then drag race it....pretty sure I recall an older post of his stating that he does not road race. And we all know you can't run fast times without a good wax.

Fran hit 138 mph in a car of his that did 592 rwhp.

I am thinking he could get 140 mph with another 36 rwhp (i.e. my car).

Fran, do you agree??

I like tests.

Let's do it!

I am interested in 1/4 for sure. I just don't think I am good enough of a DR to get the most out of this car unfortunately. But I freely offer it up to someone who can maximize it's potential! I can certainly try, however.
