Default Race Proven Motorsports Twin Turbo 4L80E C6Z06

We have been building this car for alittle while. Changed a few things here and there but its finally finished. Here is a quick break down on what the car consists of

RPM Built-LSX 434 Cu in, WCCH ported LS7 Heads
TTIX Turbo kit with Twin 62/65 turbos
RPM Transmissions 4L80E Auto Conversion
AIS Meth Kit
CCW SP500 18x5 front and 18x13 Rear W/ M&H Tires
AMS1000 Boost Controller

We dynoed it when we first got it together at 12 psi through the auto and it was making just over 700rwhp.

This car is on pump gas + Meth also. Through a full exh.

Here are some pics and a video of a run last week.

Were hoping once we turn the boost up this car will go in the 8.6-8.8 range.
W

We will be going to atco tonight for anyone interested in seeing the car run.

Brotha, I know how it is...

Now you see why I put cars of this level on Miss Daisy mode until owners can repeatly show me they can handle it

Why? Because some way some how it always comes back as the builder's fault. Handling or living with an 8sec or even an 9sec beast is not for everyone.

All I am saying is that if a car of this level is low on fuel and you're trying to run it, something is GOING to get hurt The same goes if you sit there on the transbrake or what-have-you at the starting line for ever

Well, at least in this case the car was hurt and not the owner. I've seen guys pick up their Hi-Po cars, go to the track with their John Force wannabe attitude and BAM, hit the wall inside two passes

A car of this magnitude requires driving skills and knowledge of every little operational aspects

Thanks,
Carlos

I have respect for Fran stepping up to the charges with his side of the story and not asking for the threads to be locked. I don't know anything about this ordeal but the customer's own friends have said he made more passes after it spewed company and was breaking up. That's just abuse. Money probably doesn't mean much to him because 99.999% of non mentally challenged adults not under the influence of drugs would have shut it down. The other. 001% just don't care if it blows up.

The fuel system is no diff than any one elses fuel system. It has a bung in the lowest part of the driver side tank. -12 to the pump and -10 up with a -8 return running a magnafuel 2000hp street pump.

We have done this setup on 15 other cars and never had a problem.
