Anyone have a break down or the numbers of unsold units nationally of unsold corvettes by model for 2010? I see a lot of 2010 ZR1's (many of them) and GS's on the lots but no LS7 Z06's. Thanks

Only 518 Z06's built in 2010 per the Corvette Black Book I got from the Corvette Museum Store.

that only 518 Z06's were built in 2010. Last time I looked at Jeff Hardy website there were NOT many 'Z's left.....this was about 6 weeks or so ago. At that time they were located in only maybe 6 or 7 states altogether if memory serves.

I'm the proud owner of one of 34 (if I remember correctly) 2010 JetStream Blue Z06's.

add: seems as though Z06's for '10 were mainly red's, black silver, gray with fewer white, blue and yellow's

Here are the 2010 final builds but I was wondering how many are still sitting unsold? I see plenty of ZR1's locally and GS but no 2010 Z06's. I guess bcause so few were built. That means they may phase out the LS7 Z06 eventually into collector car land maybe. Common sense tells us they will make fewer corvettes in 2011 as well unless the economy turns around. I think 2010 was down about 28% from the 2009 year builds as well.

That's something you'd have to research via the Internet websites of dealers within a geographical area relative to Bristol. I mean Atlanta has several dealerships for example, hellova way for me in WI, but not all that far for you. Ditto Charlotte, Richmond etc, those are the towns who'd have dealers with unsold stock if its out there.

Yup, many here saw the handwritting on the wall with regard to how much longer the LS-7, as it is now, will continue.
Beleive me when I say an anticipated scarcity is precisely why those of us who own these cars, and can afford to keep them as purely a toy for enjoyment, aren't selling. I mean aside from the ZR-1, what other car of any kind offers near the performance? C6 Z06s are keepers and if one has to ask why, they just w/don't get-it.

And from where I sit the economy doesn't look very good a'tall, nor can I see any reason whatsoever it'd start-up, anytime soon. Most of us know why.
But, that's just me.

Wow, around one-third capacity, certainly not good.
Thinking back a couple years+ when BG was working overtime.
At least 8 week waits, providing a "hold" hadn't been placed on a batch, or a parts "shortage which happened often enough.
Anyone whose ordered several Corvettes over the past decade knows all about that.

That actually confirms what I've seen in the plant during Thanksgiving week: Lots of Grand Sports, few regular C6, 2 Z06's and 2 ZR1's.

That's what I saw there also. It was also moving at a snails pace. Unlike years ago when that line was visibly moving and had more workers. They mentioned on the tour that there were less workers and they were responsible for more work.

Current inventory 739 Coupes, 281 Convertibles, 336 Grand Sport Coupes, 238 Grand Sport Convertibles, 89 ZO6’s, and 264 ZR-1’s

Unsold 2009 Corvettes
There are 17 coupes, 15 convertibles, 47 ZO6’s and 7 ZR-1’s sitting unsold on dealer’s lots.

This was as of Nov.2010. Anyone with current stats inventory that differ please post.
