How hard is it to install lowering bolts? Or is it easier to lower on factory bolts?

Dang, everyone's car looks fantastic! I've been debating on cutting my stock bolts in the rear for a tad bit lower. The front on the Z already scrapes everything, and that's just on stock bolts.
