Default Help Hard Starting

Ok, so i posted some months ago that i was having problems with hard starting. I havent driven the car much, but it did it again a couple of days ago.

Same as before, hard start and than eventually does start.

I had my hand scanner this time and these are the codes that it threw.

p0161 - 02 Heater Circuit
p0300 - General Missfire
p0324 - Knock Control
p0335 - Crank Pos
p0336 - Crank Pos
p0621 - Generator Lamp

So this morning i went out, fired the car(normally) and the codes cleared on their own within a minute or two. When the car has thrown the codes, it will not run at all. It has the worst misfire you could imagine. I know it seems obvious but i wanted to throw it out there.

Like posted before, the car runs like a top, it's just hard starting when the engine is hot.

Mods:
Livernois Stage IIR Cam, StageII Heads, FAST Intake, AR Headers/X-pipe and a corsa exhaust. There are some internal things but i dont think they matter.

WTF? I am so stumped. Help???

Usually hard starting after warmup can be from not enough cranking spark and/or not enough startup airflow. You will run richer at cold startup during cranking then warm startup. The p0161 and p0300 should be set to no error reported when installing headers. Not sure about the other codes,.. maybe those are tripping after the 161 and 300.

Who was last to tune it? Can you take it back to them to adjust the tune? So just a thought but usually, depending on the cam, you may need some more crank timing and more fuel at startup.

Old thread. If you have a larger cam, adjustments need to be made to start up air, cranking fuel, and cranking VE. Maybe even cranking spark. It is an iterative process. PITA that requires time and patience.
