I am intersted in the above package.

Please PM me a price including these "extras".

C5R timing chain
FAST LSXR intake (sanded and custom painted victory red)
Custom painted victory red valve covers and coil relocation kit

I do not need the X pipe since I have an Akrapovic exhaust with their X pipe.

Thanks,

I recall Rick or someone else from Livernois Motorsports recently saying that they have not seen any issues with the stock LS7 Heads they have been brought into their shop, on Zs getting one of their power upgrades (but would be great for them to confirm this).

Thanks,
From what I've read you won't need the kooks headers either. The only headers that will bolt on directly to the Akra x-pipe without modifying are the B&B headers.

That's correct, we have not seen any guide issues in cars we've had here. We've even had a few that originally did this package, then stepped up to the stage 3 and we inspected them again and haven't seen any issues.

Thank you,

Rick

Well between you and LG telling me the same thing, I'm over my worries. I just wish everyone else could calm down and post something on a new subject.

By the way, this is a great cam package price!

Thanks Rick, we all appreciate your feedback. Out of curosity and given all the other threads posted on this forum about LS7 valve train failure putting fear into the heart of many C6 Z owner (not mine), how many stock LS7 heads would you estimate that your shop has inspected over the last 6 years (100, 200, 300, 400, 500?). Thanks again for your valued input!

I know if I was in the market now for a complete and awesome cam kit with Longtube headers and a tune, that my Z would be headed straight up to Michigan for a visit to you guys.

This is a killer deal and your guys reputation over the years has been nothing short of impeccable!

I have not seen any guide issues in my car either but I upgraded the Vales to make sure on the exhaust end. I have a Stage 3 Car from them that runs perfect after 35 percent throttle and has run a best of 10.1 at 141 mph at 5800 above sea level on a 125 shot. With the their stage 3 cam/heads car its retarded fast at only a 1.70 60 foot here on Nittos and stock short block. Sea level is 85 rwhp more so I guess traction and clutch is just the issue.

Thank you Livernois
