I have a procharger on my 08 C6Z and the stock radiator is trimmed to fit the piping. Today my stock fan just stopped working and the car was running way too hot so I am thinking about upgrading now. Will this fit without any issues? Can it be installed with the radiator still in the car if I remove the procharger piping and bracket?

Radiator Modification Path
Suggest that the better modification path is to replace the OEM radiator unit with a higher capacity, all aluminum radiator with an integral transmission and differential cooler. At the minimum, this gets rid of the cheap plastic side tanks , the possibility for leaks between the side tanks and the radiator body, and the separate transmission cooler(which seems to be too small anyway). This solution gives the advantage of more effective engine and transmission oil heating on cold days. If this solution does not remove enough engine heat, then go with the dual fans.

The top bracket may have to be trimmed to match the top of radiator but it will fit. we do them with out taking radiator out of car.

Thicker radiator with a supercharger is not always the best way to go. If you are wanting to do a radiator upgrade to remove the plastic tanks I would use the one from dewitts for the ZR1 which is a 1.25 single core with dual fans.
