Default Custom Interior Trim - What A Differnce!

One of the best improvements with huge impact you could easily do, is to upgrade just a few plastic interior parts in your 2005-2011

Remember this is where you live when you drive the car. You deserve to be surrounded by quality interior trim. Just a few upgrades makes a huge difference!

The Finish:
Allow us to enhance your interior parts with our 3D Immersion process. This is not a “Stick on” laminate which looks cheap, cracks and yellows. This is the same process used by the auto industry including GM for years! We start by using genuine GM parts to ensure a perfect fit. We then begin our multi step process to achieve a unique stunning appearance. The finished product is then covered in our unique tough clear which is then polished to a show quality shine

_______________________________________

For Starters…
If you have a 2008 and up Factory shifter console, we can do your gauge cluster in the same matching GM pattern. This easy upgrade dramatically changes your interior. It creates a rich feel while complimenting your factory shifter console.

Below: 2008-2009 GM 1LT, 2LT, 3LT Pattern (Also shown here with our Spoke covers done in the same pattern)

Below: 2010-2011 GM 1LT, 2LT, 3LTt pattern

For 2010-11 custom gauge bezels or other custom interior items click here: http://store.tkoperformance.com/2010.html
All Custom Gauge Cluster Bezels are $195

If you have a 2005 -2007...
Not only can we do your gauge cluster bezel but allow us to create a face lift to that silver rent a car looking shifter console too!
We can do your interior in either the GM 2008-2011 patterns or a carbon fiber finish & even wood. Just say the word!

Below: Blue Carbon Finish

Below: Our Gun Metal Carbon Fiber finish

One key step we were 1st to do & are known for, is finishing off the inside area of the 05-2011 bezels. This extra step is so important!
Because of the process and the characteristics of the film, the film can stretch in that area leaving a less then perfect finish. Most leave it this way!
We take the extra steps to make sure you get a quality O.E looking piece !
look at the way it reflects when its fired up!

For 2005-2007 custom gauge bezels or other custom interior items click here: http://store.tkoperformance.com/20052007.html
All custom gauge bezels are $195.00

How about 2005-2007 Shifter Console
We can do this in our Carbon finish or a beautiful burl wood too!

Lets change it up with a little warm wood:

For 2005-2007 custom gauge bezels or other custom interior items click here: http://store.tkoperformance.com/20052007.html
All custom Shifter console are $245

2006-2011 Steering wheel spokes:
Our covers rid your wheel of that remaining silver that stares you in the face. We manufactured these parts here to look amazing without taking your steering wheel apart!
Easy to install. Snap right into place! Use clear silicone or double sided tape to hold them in place! A lot of attention to detail went into creating these covers. The edges on our Steering wheel Spoke covers have a rounded lip which sinks into the crease between the leather which completely covers the stock piece and looks great from any angle!

Below: Spoke covers (with matching gauge cluster bezel)

Below: spokes over a radio control button wheel (with matching gauge cluster bezel)

Below: Our Spoke covers sitting on/over blue tooth buttons.

Choose from Plain (no wheel control buttons), Radio control buttons (buttons on the right) or Blue tooth (buttons on both sides)

I'm a little hesitant to take off the guage bezel. Probably not the only one. Maybe post up some basic instructions or pics for those of us who have never pulled the bezel off.
I'd probably order if I knew the process of removing the bezel.

I'll try and get something together to post. However, its very easy. We have been doing this here on the forum for years. Countless members have purchased the gauge bezels and installed it. However, I hear you. If you never did this before it could seem intimidating.

The readers digest version is..

There are no screws or bolts holding it in place. You basically pull and pop the gauge bezel out.
You will get about 4-5 inches out but now you have to just unplug the wires. Most plug are a Male/Female type snap in. Gently spread the “female” plastic fins and the plugs comes out.

For the pods (the two strip of buttons on the left and right) Its easier to unscrew the 3 screws on each side and the pack of buttons fall right out.

Reverse the direction to install.

Sounds easy because it is. We hear this all the time. Then people say “oh I’ll just take it to the dealer”……………..no one goes. They all do it themselves. If you had any questions, you could always call us.

Thanks

Do you have anything in a piano black finish? Specifically the spokes or gauge cluster pod covers?

This is one of my future mods; however, I was looking at the patterns that you have and I don't see under the 08-09 the 3LZ one. Am I missing it?

Thanx!

I believe the 3LZ is a silver like pattern. Unfortunately they don't make that film/finish for us to do other parts.
However you have mail..

Thanks! I am waiting for my radio bezel to arrive, and once it does, I'll get a better idea of its finish. It looks like a gloss/piano black from the pics, but I just want to be sure.

Once I get that figured out, I'll give ya a call.

Okay, got the trim in earlier today, its sort of a matte black. Very smooth, but not shiny/reflective.

Got anything like that?

I believe I know what you have. Is that what you were looking for?
If not , send me the piece and we can apply any finish you want and then cover it deep in clear and then polish it to a show quality shine..
Call me if you want.

Starting to get a littl bz now that the colder weather is coming. (People are sending many of their parts for us to do)..

Thank you
Ed

Is that all real carbon fiber?

Thanks. As for the wood. yea I guess its an acquired taste. Its actually pretty popular. We get a lot of requests for it. Different colors, grains.. Obviously looks better in person then pictures.
But I hear you..

No, but our gun metal sure does look like it.

Since Carbon fibers characteristics are "light and strong" typically you would want to replace any part with carbon to shave & save weight.
To do interior parts in real carbon it would require a plug, mold (with tabs and reverse lips/angles).. A center console would cost around $1500-2000
Not worth it for the minimal weight savings.

So that would only leave doing it purely for the aesthetics... It can be done but wrapping real carbon fiber over an existing piece will also cost about the same $1500-2000. Not to mention it weighs much more then the stock piece. This is because of the amount of resin used which could play into fitting issues, yellowing & or cracking..

We can achieve the same look without the weight, the problems and the cost.

3d Immersion (which is what we do) is the same process the auto industry has been using for years (for wood..etc)
Same process GM uses now for the 2008-2012 interior center shifter consoles. The GM patterns don't look like carbon fiber (on purpose) they are merely a design...

Are you sure that the 3LZ and 4LT patterns are different from the lower option #'s?
My bro has 4LT and I've got 3LZ. Gonna have to compare to another vette.

Your miss reading what I said... The original question from KLRBEE2 asked why he did not see a listing for a 3LZ pattern.
My answer was that I believe the 3LZ is a lighter silver (then the 1,2,3 LT's) which they don't make a film for us to use (to refinish the parts).

The 1,2,3LT's are a darker almost black with grey dots (shown above).

However I know for sure the lighter silver like pattern is what’s on the 4LT.
So if I'm correct about the 3LZ then both the 3LZ and the 4LT are the same and we can't finish those interiors. They don't make the film.
The only option would be for us to do the top center shifter console piece in one of the finish's we list. Then we can do the entire interior

Okay, the trim I'm looking at would be something similar to this...

Would like to get the 06 wheel spokes in that color and some sort of 'sleeve' or cover for the gauge cluster pods.

Its sort of a smooth flat black.

EDIT: If it helps, this is a center console from a Centennial edition.

Thanks, I didn't realize that there was a difference. Hard to tell from the pictures.

No problem my friend!

BTW, Just got another box today with a part in it. All I know is its from TX! Even if we talk and your sending the part right out to get done/finished ..PLEASE you still need to place a note in there with your name and number. I get about 5-6 boxes a day with parts to be done. Thanks
