10.5 per the manual.
Proper way to check is warm the engine up. Let sit for 5 minutes, then check the level.
If changing yourself, there are two drain plugs on the oil pan.

10.5. Make sure you drain both drain plugs. Yes, there are two, and one lets more oil out than the other. Some guys have drained only one and then put 10.5 qts. in and actually overfill it because they didn't do the full drain!

The manual says check at 175*, wait 5 minutes. The level will be one mark higher if the oil is at 230* and would be somewhat lower if at 150* or less.

I have a '10 'Z as well...mine is JSB. I bring it to Arlington once every few months. Not alot of '10's out there.
Add: oh yeah, yes, it's 10.5 qts plus filter. Do NOT go to that Chevy dealer on I-20 in Arlington. I took my 'Z there for oil change this past summer and they F'd it up....avoid them....

As with any car you are not familiar with, proceed carefully with refilling with oil. If the manual says 10.5 qts, I would put 9.5 to 10 qts in initially and then start and drive the car. Then follow the manual's procedure for checking oil level and add more to get the proper level.
