Things that seemed weird is the website is only 6mos old even though they claim to have been in business since 2013.. Also theres really no info online about them, like a google review or google info page with address and phone number..
FYI Manheim handles repos for banks

Your response looks suspicious to this.. i am trying to create awareness if its true this company is fraudulent
there will be other people that comment if in fact its not a scam
However im only seeing what looks like response from the scammers in question

The reason why i posted in both forums is the people xdnyrepos is targeting is corvette buyers.
I wanted to see if anyone in either c6 or the c7 forum had heard of them..
Looks like one response that they are a scam has started this discussion though..
My concern here is the business itself looks fraudulent, which is a tactic used to get stupid peoples money, weeds out the smart ones so they dont waste time trying to hustle money from someone who will eventually figure it out

XDNYRepos is definetely a scam. The whois data on their site is skechy and nothing appears to be consistant. I just "won" an auction and they called nonstop. I spoke with a young woman on the phone and she was pressuring me to pay/wire money. I told her that I would be in NYC tomorrow on business and could pick up the car and pay in person.
The website does look fairly legit on it's face. They link to real cars and Carfax's but there's no way it's legit. Anyone contact the NY AG's office yet?

And I still don't understand. Why is it a scam? In the terms and conditions it is clearly written that they only work with delivery (assets are owned by banks and have no shoroowm, no up point, that's why you have 14 days return/refund for each product). Because you can't pick it up, does it mean it's a scam? You signed that you agree with the terms and conditions, you bid, you won and should they change the rules for you? Otherwise it's a scam? Strange mentality...
On top of all that, I "won" a 2019 Z06 for $36,000 lmao
If you trust them, how about you give me the 36k. If they send the vehicle, I'll give you your money back and add $10,000 for taking the risk. Deal?

As a test to send to the AG's office. This isn't a childish attitiude, but it's not reasonable to wire money to an unverified account with a website that is only 6 months old with no legit owners (all middle eastern random words). I'll be fowarding my findings to the AG's office.

Tell me you're not thhis stupid? At this point, I assume you work with them and just look for these types of threads each day to respond to.

I was curious to see what it was about and I read the terms and conditions on their website. So you're basically saying that if you can't see the car, it means they're scammers? Did you read the conditions before signing up? I don't know how your brain works, and I don't want to understand. The terms are very clear, from my point of view. It's your decision to believe what you want, after all it's your money. So far I have not seen anyone complain that they were scammed (in the true sense of the word)
