whats correct tire size would I need to run the 18x9 front and 18x10.5 rear. Im looking for 265 front and a 305 or 315 rear tire.

Those 18x12" sizes listed there are medium pad centers, and won't fit the factory Z06 rear brakes. Just FYI. You need the high pad centers on front and rear. So you'll be stuck with the 18x11's to make the rears happen in 18"

Yes that is correct you can also use a 5mm or 6mm spacer.
