Those 18x12" sizes listed there are medium pad centers, and won't fit the factory Z06 rear brakes. Just FYI. You need the high pad centers on front and rear. So you'll be stuck with the 18x11's to make the rears happen in 18"

Yes that is correct you can also use a 5mm or 6mm spacer.
