Once mine comes in and I get it custom painted (a few months from now), I'll be happy to give you some good pictures of the car.

Holy crap Eric! Where have these pictures been hiding? I want to see the Jake from a front view if you have them.

So far, your car is going to make the frontpage.

Did you leave the carbon fiber as the Jake logo?

Eric, em me some Hi Def pictures so that I can convert them to gifs. That format degrades too much with a Mid Def picture.

The main picture has to be in gif format.

Already mounted your picture on our frontpage:

Jim,

It is actually Machine Silver but HDR processed which increased dynamic range of the digital photo (three photos combined) which accented the contrast.

If you recall, after I initially installed the hood, after you viewed the pictures I sent you, you recommended realignment to correct the gap at the front. I did the realignment and the fit came out very well. The quality of your hood is exemplary. Way above what I have seen for other hoods, especially those that claim carbon fiber, but are really carbon fiber laminate over fiberglass.

Mike

I see the gap between the hood and fascia is perfect now. Thanks for the kudos.

By the way. Anyone with a ZR1 is out of luck. Eric, tried the GT2 hood on his ZR1 and no go. I think if we cut down the waterfall depth by 1/2 it might fit, but my guess is that only a fistful of ZR1 owners would ever replace their hoods.

Jim,

Thanks for your help today on the final adjustments to my hood.

Between the rain, sun and brief hail storm, I managed to sneak in a few pictures. I will get you better ones on a nice sunny day.

What is that peaking through the waterfall, could it be one of your intakes?

Yep, that's a Bee in your bonnet.
