Default Z in good company

So, I was getting my 09 Z washed today (insert feeble Z owner joke here) and a new Ferrari 458 pulled in. A white one at that. Then they parked our cars together. I thought that was cool. I guess if you want to be around cool cars all day, get a job at a car wash.

Must be one hell of a carwash for someone with a brand new 458 to go there....

For the record, it's a really REALLY good car. More of a detail shop than a car wash. They work on many high end cars.

Yep. They were overflowing with cars today.

Oh, forgot to mention, there was a ZR1 and a Superleggera in their detailing bay.

It's refreshing to see a 458 that is being used properly. I know some of us cringe at the thought of a quickie car wash touching a 458, but most of those types are on a level where they will just replace it in a year or two, they aren't worried about a swirl here or a curb rash mark there. Plus who knows, maybe this is his beater and his enzo in his weekend car.

A buddy of mine has a brand new 428 Italia. Nice car and he loves it but he readily admits the Z06 is alot more bang for the buck with nearly as much performance.
