Default Tires 345/30R19 for Z06 rear wheels.

I use tires Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 325/30R19 on the rear wheels of my C6 Z06. I would replace them with 345/30R19 but I'm not sure that this width is compatible without modification to the bodywork. I wish I had advice from someone who has already used this tire size.

There are no issues with 345/30's of any brand so far.

Plenty of people running that 345/30-19 on the rear without any issue.

345s here too.

The stock GY RF are 325 but in reality it looks like 345s.

I have 345's on the rear and 295's on the front of my 2008. No problems, but I don't think I would track it with those tires.

Why don't track it with those tires?

I am with almost everyone here....295's and 345's......on Michelins/stock wheels.....no problems.....I had the alignment set to neutral instead of the more aggressive factory setting....for alledged better tire wear/mileage.....also don't track it.

I have Hoosiers in stock sizes for track days. It looks to me like I might get tire rub with hard cornering with the 295/345 setup.

295 is it not too wide for rims of 9.5?

Haha! Interresting reply! So I rephrase my question: Does anyone already used it 345 rears tires on track without body modification?

I've tracked the car with Hoosier A6 in a 345 rear. No issues, no rubbing.

Would you mind posting some close up pictures of that setup? I may want to get the same tires, but wanted to see how they fit on the rim width-wise. Thanks.

Hi Paul and FiFi.....I am going to be out of town starting in a few but here is the short answer....
Yes all four rims are stock.....and yes the tires fit without any rubbing.....( I did this because there was a lot of posts and many on the Forum have the exact same set-up)....To be honest the only difference I can see is that the rears are definitely wider and less room to clean underneath the wheel wells......This is my third set of tires andI have about 4000 miles on them....In fact getting ready for another trip now.....sorry I don't have any Pics....but will look around.....
