Is your LS7 bone stock or performance enhanced?
Just curious about the percentage of owners that have performance enhanced LS7s. Tuned, cammed, turbo-charged, super charged, ported heads, valve work, or in any other way performance enhanced to boost horse power should go into the modified for HP increase.
Let's consider a chenge to the oiling system without a tune or changing the air intake before the throttle body as unmodified.
I went 1st, no mod.

Biased poll will be biased:
This is an "enthusiast" orientated website, and most people here will probably enhance their vehicles because they are enthusiastic about it's capabilities and image. IMHO, we will have a highly disproportionate number of modded Z06's here than in the general population (ie people who drive the car a few thousand miles a year at best and keep that 2006 LMB Z06 with 13,000 miles and factory Goodyears in storage for 6 months out of the year).
Just my opinion, of course.

Bone stock. The only changes I've made were a MGW and some cosmetics. I drive my daily and in Houston's sucky traffic. Maybe when it's out of warranty and I am (hopefully) retired, I'll consider some mods.
I agree this will be a biased group. I consider that I'm in and minority here but I'm not a good example because the only people I know with Z06's are enthusiasts so I consider it abnormal to have an unmodded car.

nope that goes under the replacemt category. unless it was your engine they modified. you know someone had to toss a wrench in it somewhere. it wouldn't be a zo6 thread if that didn't happen. what mods are in that build. curious what all they did in your package. from your posts you seem very happy with it.

Bone stock except for B&B Bullets. The only performance enhancement it needs is the loose nut behind the wheel

I voted no because the MOD I did was not to increase the car's horsepower but try and keep from losing some of it. I installed a Vette-Air scoop and the 'wings' that mount to the top of the radiator shroud to minimize hot air from the engine compartment from backflowing over the top of the radiator into the air breather compartment when the car is not moving forward) from a Airaid intake kit. Using the stock air breather with the great Donaldson filter element and the stock exhaust, but with a M2W.
