We ended up cutting my hood for the intake manifold. Just want to see what my options are for hoods incase I don't like this.

I would need a 5-6" cowl and I'm not really finding much.

Anyone know of anything? Or would I just buy a universal cowl and fab it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I didn't have any luck finding one either. Have you checked with RK Sports Hood, which is very near your friend Ryne's shop?

Yeah actually mike owner of Rk sport stopped by to see if they could modify their supercharger hood to clear. It was a no go. He would basically need to make a new mold.

Kinda stuck at this point. Guess I will just have to love the cut hood

its only fiberglass have one raised up by a good body shop

Yeah I really didn't want to do that since it would basically be a shot in the dark. I will not know what it will look like till its done.

Then if I don't like it I'm screwed. That's why I was hoping for a hood with a big cowl already made and on the market.

Guess I am going to have to get creative.

The Callaway hood has a pretty high cowl, but I'm not a huge fan of the look.
