Mounted Michelin SS tire pictures?
I am looking for pics that show what the PSS's (in stock sizes) sidewalls look like on the stock wheels.
When going from the stock GY to the PS2 ZP's, the rears have a slight stretched look, while the fronts have a bulge and look too wide for the stock wheels.
I am curious how both the front and rear sidewalls look mounted with the PSS on stock wheels.

GY versus PS2
I read all the "issues" with how the PS2's look compared to the GYs. I ended up just getting the PS2s anyway with zero regrets. In pictures you can see what people are on about but in person you would need a good eye to realize the fronts bulge more than the rears.
It is barely noticable, honest, buy the right tire don't worry about the look there is nothing to worry about...

Melting Slicks
I agree that the PS2's look slightly off but they seem to perform well. There is one thing that I don't understand - why doesn't M make the A/S in a Z06 run flat fitment like they do for the base C6. That would be a great option as we head into colder weather. Here in the south we can drive the year around but still need an A/S tire since it is colder and wetter that in the summer.

based on those pics, I'd go 345's if going with the Mich SS

I disagree.
I think they are perfect and look uniform front to rear as far as sidewall flushness.
That is the thing I don't like about the PS2 ZPs, the rear looks stretched (which I prefer look wise) and the front bulges (look ugly and bulky)
The PSS's look flush front and rear. Very cool.

Very minimal apperance difference between the 325's and 345's IMO...both look fine to me.

I don't have pics, but I just saw a set of PSS's, 275 & 325, on a '12 GS & they looked perfect, & filled out the wheel wells nicely. Personally, given how they looked, I wouldn't buy the 285/345's.

The 325 PSS is wider than the stock Goodyear 325 tire. See this pic taken by me before having PSS tires mounted up.
The PSS tires in the stock 275 and 325 sizes look perfect on the car. The bigger sizes look a little bit too large for the wheels, IMHO. The stock front wheel is the minimum wheel width that can be used with the 285 front, so it is going to look borderline too big for that wheel, again, IMHO.
Agree.

No problem. The issue I have with the 345 vs. 325 debate is that in many cases I think people picked the larger sizes because it was an opportunity to get new tires and they wanted bigger tires all along regardless of brand; not really fair to come back and say that cars with the stock sizes look like crap (I know no one said it but let's face it, it's hinted).
I happen to have two photos - when one is flipped they are from the exact same angle and distance, one with the original GYs and one with the Michelins in stock sizes. If you look really closely, you can physically/factually see that the Michelins are slightly meatier. So in my humble opinion I think this proves that people who like the wider sizes really just don't like stock size tires; with all due respect of course. It is a free country.
top = GYs, bottom = PSS (both in stock sizes)

To me the bulge look doesn't look clean/streamline like the rest of the car. It looks clunky and sloppy to me. Also, I don't understand wanting to add more rubber weight and increasing rotating mass either.
That is one reason that I REALLY LOVE the GM cup wheels in the 19/20, the wheel/tire package is well thought out and looks like it belongs on the car (again, more of the clean euro look)
But you are correct, to each their own.
For me, I will stick with stock sizes when it is time to replace the PS2 ZP's
