Proud new owner
Pulled the trigger on my first Corvette...and couldn't be happier...
This...
2010 ZR1 3ZR with 7.5k on the clock, 10/10 in-service date, so still has some bumper-to-bumper on it...

Thanks for the welcomes... I do love the color/carbon/chrome combo!
@ZR1Cat - yes sir, first Vette, but not my first fast car... (previously owned several Mustangs...although nothing faster than low 12's) I had been trying very hard not to go grab one of the new 2013 GT500's, but then this showed up on the radar at a reasonable price (Uncle is sales mgr at a local Audi dealer and this was traded in for a V10 R8).
Have had it for a few weeks, and I am very happy to have something that corners as well as it goes straight!

@Racer - nice changes you've made... I'm gonna try to keep it stock as long as I can... (famous last words from someone who threw a procharger on my last stang at about 6k miles...lol).
@all the Houstonians - you guys ever hit Coffee and Cars out at Vintage Park? I've been a couple if times and plan to go to the next one (too rainy this past weekend). If so, would love to meet some folks that have much more experience than I do with the ZR1!
Oh, and I have to agree... the ZR1 seems so far to be just about the most perfectly produced all-around factory sports car to ever ship with a full warranty!

Oh - and I don't know if the previous owner was a member of the forum, but I'm finding tid-bits of info that tell me someone who went by "J J" (maybe James?) was the previous owner (see a pairing in the stereo and name on program options). If so, it would be very cool to get a history on the car if so...
