Engine is stock except for a Corsa axle back. Brakes and suspension have been modded.

Yes, I sold it a few weeks ago. I do miss it but the Z06 it a totally different animal!
Don't get me wrong, I do like the hood, and it think it goes with all the other add-ons. I guess part of me still likes the OEM Z06 look. Keep in mind I have only had the car 24 hours, and it is all still new to me. Now for track use, yes this hood would be great. I think I will get an OEM hood and go back and forth between the two depending on my mood!

By the way, the fitment is 100% perfect. Not like some other CF hoods out there.

perfect find.....i would lose the hood and rear spoiler. Regardless,....stoptechs, corsa, zr1 components, spiders (comp grey) all in one package....WITH suspension mods......well done

so do i. Most aftermarket hoods for C6's look way to Ricey and are way to busy. The Black factory hood, or even the 427 hood (Which is subtle) would look much better.
Also honestly I think(even though it's a quality/expensive hood with a great paint job)that too much carbon fiber doesn't work well on C6's. The exposed carbon is very JDM to me and doesn't fit in with the american muscle scene.
ps, I also think if you are trying to pull off something as bold as that hood and spoiler, you need to back it up with a nice set of aftermarket 19/20 or 20/20 wheels. what do I know.... but it just doesn't seem right when you have all this aftermarket stuff going on and you have the plain jane factory wheels.

Car looks great Brian! Maybe we could trade hoods. I don't dig it all that much but I think it would work good for extracting heat in my application.

Love the hood too!!! I to think the ZR1 spoiler would look better.... Maybe a Katech Carbon ZR1 spoiler????

I appreciate the feedback, positive and negative. I am going to keep this setup for a while and then decide what to do after I do a full detail. When I first saw the pics of the car in the for sale ad, I thought "if I get this car that hood is coming off ASAP!"
