I was out truck shopping today and came upon this at a chevy dealer, I actually would have been interested in this low mile 09 zr1 if they had a little pride... and not just the used ones, a whole row of new vettes, zr1, 427 verts etc all in the same condition. I was so disgusted that I left, I didn't even want to see the truck I stopped to look at buying. One more reason to go to MacMulkin, all their inventory is inside!

keep in mind, no snow recently, it's been in the 40's or higher for almost a week... I am just beyond words that the entire lot, 100's of cars, all look like this.

man that looks like LeMans Blue... No worries, I posted a picture of a Grand Sport they have on display at Hershey Park that has about 16gallons of coffee spilled all over the car.

nope, not a flood car, it's clean on their website for $85k, and they also have a '13 zr1 in torch red in the same condition. My guess is they use a sander on the parking lot and don't own a hose.

yup i have seen that car somewhere on a site can't remember it was a flood from sandy and the red one.

no, your not listening... for sale, not salvaged, dealer lot, used 09 and MANY brand new vettes and other cars all looking like that... I am in shock that GM doesn't require the inventory to be presentable and a certain amount of quality standard... even the trucks and CTS-v's were just as dirty.

@ sixspeed. I live in Danbury and went ther to buy a Camaro SS vert back in Jan. 2011. The car was parked on the corner of the service road and looked just like the ZR1 you've pictured, needless to say I did not buy it. As you know they are adjacent to I84 so it must just be all the dust that accumulates and becomes what you see after it rains or snows. Certainly no way to show a car!! Someone here recently bought a ZR1 from them, can't remember who though.

Nope. There are no LeMans Blue ZR1's. That paint was discontinued before ZR1's even came out. That paint is JSB with custom "sand pattern accents".

If you look at the production #'s they did make 1 LeMans Blue ZR1 in '09. That is why I wondered if this was it.

If it was that one special car, I don't think it would be sitting on some dumb *** dealer's lot covered in sand... but I guess anything is possible when the dealer is that neglectful.
