I recently purchased one of these spoilers from Jake and when I finally got it, was impressed. The quality is great, the paint is good. Well worth the purchase. But I HIGHLY recommend people purchasing the extra clips with the spoiler. I did not and the spoiler did not sit correctly at the edge. It would not sit flush (lifted off of the body with a large gap) and 3M tape would NOT keep the spoiler down. But I made some clips myself and installed those and now the spoiler sits to the body correctly and i love it.

You will need to drill 4 holes where the 4 clips come into contact with the body. Was not a big deal and it came out great!. Without these 4 clips though, the spoiler is lifted and doesn't look "finished". Like I said, you can try using 3M tape to stick the edges down, but that method did NOT work for me and the spoiler kept popping up.
I can post up pictures of my installed spoiler if anyone want to see it.

Drilling is always recommended with this spoiler. Yes, you CAN install it with 3M tape, but we don't recommend that, we only state that as an option for guys who don't want to drill into their bumpers
If purchased, we send 6 OEM clips with the spoilers since there are 6 mounting points, same as the OEM piece, they slide into those openings. I'm sure you could get away with 4, but since there are 6 mounting points, we send 6
You'll just need 6 washers to bolt it on from the bottom
I know some guys like to turn their cars back to stock when they sell them, which is why the want to install this spoiler without drilling any holes, but with the price we sell these for I do recommend just leaving the spoiler on the car since you won't gain much by selling a used aftermarket spoiler
Gonzer, please email us over some pics or post them up here, that would be nice, thanks!
And for easy install, you do not need a template & I find those more confusing anyway. The GM template for the Ron Fellows spoiler is huge and covers the entire bumper so making copies of those is just a pain
Just lay the spoiler on the bumper where you want it to sit, grab a sharpie or your wife's favorite lipstick, mark off where the bottom of the bolts touch the bumper and there are your drill holes
Any other questions on anything, just let me know
thanks!
